These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of https://reachfamilygoals.com/ (the “Site”) and of any guides, checklists and other materials offered through it (together, the “Services”), provided by ReachFamilyGoals (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services.
2. Educational content, not medical advice
Everything we publish, including The Motherhood Map, the play ideas, checklists and any other content, is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological or other professional advice, and it does not create a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship. Every baby and every family is different. Always seek the advice of your pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider with any question about your or your baby’s health, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. Always supervise play and choose safe, age-appropriate items.
3. Products and purchases
Where we offer a digital product, such as The Motherhood Map, the price, what is included and any delivery or refund terms are shown at the time of purchase and form part of these Terms. Upon payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your own non-commercial purposes. You may print it for your own household, but you may not resell, share publicly, copy for distribution or modify it.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and the Services, including text, graphics, logos, layouts and downloadable materials, are owned by ReachFamilyGoals or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except as expressly allowed in these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, adapt or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or other users’ data; interfere with or disrupt the Site; upload malware or send spam; scrape or copy the Site at scale without permission; or misrepresent your identity.
6. Messages and submissions
If you send us feedback, questions or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to respond to you and to improve the Services. Please do not include sensitive health information or anything you do not want us to read.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReachFamilyGoals from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

We may update these Terms or change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. Updated Terms take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
